Situated on a beautiful 160 acre farm in the heart of the “driftless region” of SE Minnesota, we live with our daughter Esther, mother Julie, dog Kaya and guard llamas Llarry and Llenny. Born and raised on MN farms, Jim and I have discovered our calling; Connecting our customers to delicious, ethical and nutrient dense meat while respecting the dignity of our animals and regenerating the health of our ecosystem.
Food should be simple, not a jungle of marketing terminology. We’re raising meat with a classic, old school flavor, free of additives and raised with it’s natural diet and lifestyle.
